Gardening Myths & Misinformation: Barriers to Good Gardening
Information about gardening myths will be provided by speaker Sharon Yiesla (https://yieslasplants.com/). There have always been a lot of gardening myths and old wives’ tales being shared over the back fence. Today’s ‘back fence’ is the internet and it reaches countless gardeners. Some of the myths are small, harmless pieces of misinformation, but others can be very harmful to plants and keep us from attaining high quality gardens. This program will dispel some of the common myths and set the record straight. The program is co-sponsored by Glenview Gardeners and the Glenview Public Library.
